  • Browser type, operating system, and device type
  • Approximate geographic location (city/region level, derived from IP address)

This data is collected using cookies and similar tracking technologies. Google Analytics anonymizes IP addresses by default and does not provide us with personally identifiable information about individual visitors.

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — primarily through Google Analytics. Cookies allow us to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the Site experience.

You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some features of the Site. For more information on Google Analytics cookies and how to opt out, see Section 5 below.

2.4 User-Generated Content (UGC)

We will only publish such content with your express prior consent. If you submit content to us, we may collect the image and any accompanying information you provide. See Section 8 for your rights regarding submitted content.

  • To feature customer-submitted content on the Site (only with your consent)
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations
  • To protect the security and integrity of our Site and business

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling in ways that produce legal or significant effects on you.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, UK, and Swiss Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable equivalent law. Our legal bases are:

  • Legitimate Interests: We use Google Analytics based on our legitimate interest in understanding how our Site is used and improving it, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
  • Consent: Where we publish your user-generated content or use non-essential cookies, we rely on your prior consent.
  • Contract: Where processing is necessary to fulfill a request you have made (such as responding to a rental inquiry).
  • Legal Obligation: Where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law.

5. Google Analytics and Your Opt-Out Options

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized data about how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information and reports it to us in non-identifying aggregate form.

Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. To learn more, visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Disable or block cookies in your browser settings
  • Use a privacy-focused browser or extension that blocks analytics tracking

Please note that opting out of Google Analytics does not affect your ability to use our Site.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with Google LLC in connection with Google Analytics as described above. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to appropriate data processing terms.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice in such circumstances.

7. Data Retention

We retain personally identifiable information you submit to us (such as contact form submissions) only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfill the purpose for which it was provided, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings. We have configured our Google Analytics account to use the minimum retention period available (26 months), after which data is automatically deleted.
